WILD EAST GRAVEL w/ Bike1 & Daft

Meet us from 7.30am at the Daft Hotel to finalize your registration at our WILD EAST GRAVEL.

After a welcoming warm coffee, we will call everyone on the starting line and launch the first edition of our WILD EAST GRAVEL at 9.00am.

Two distances will be offered to you, the shorter distance has be named the "FOX" and the longer one, the "BADGER".

THE FOX - 60KM

The "Fox" will take you out from Malmedy straight to the gravel heaven of the Hautes Fagnes. A first feed-zone will be present just short of 30 kilometers of riding and will features a warm soup, hot chocolate and hot red wine ! A selection of fruits and biscuit will also be up for grab.

The second part of the ride will go mainly downhill. Only one last proper climb will put the legs to the test after the. wonderful Valley of Warche.

THE BADGER - 100KM

The "Badger" will take the exact same route of The Fox until the two routes at the kilometer 37 and will go through the same first feed zone including its warm drinks and foods.

Once both routes have part ways, the Badger will take fast "OG" sections of gravel before entering a more technical terrain along the lake of Roberville.

A double feed/tech zone will be placed at kilometer 69 and 79, making sure you and your bike have everything needed to take you home !

The Walrus will rejoin the Chevron at the kilometer 84 and will take one of our personal favourite, the Valley of Warche.

BACK AT DAFT HOTEL

Back at the Daft Hotel,  a gourmet Hamburger will be prepared along with a cold beer to share with your buddies.

A BIKE1 booth tent will be on site.

What you need to bring :

- Your bike in good working order

- Repair tools & spare inner tubes

- 2 Water bottles and energy food

- Cycling helmet are mandatory
