The first edition of the Ride Across Portugal just come to an end, and what a fantastic event it was !
The RAP is a multi-day event of 5 stages, covering a total of 738 kilometers on the mythic N2 from Chaves at the very North of the country, and finishing in Faro in front of the Atlantic sea. Each stages includes several timed sections, which is perfect to push yourself, and enjoy the beautiful scenery that Portuguese landscape offers !
Organisation was fantastic as well, the Portugueses are part of the kindest people on the planet, they were there if you had an issue or a mechanical problem, very helpful and you could tell that they are passionate by their work and about cycling overall. Accommodation were perfect, only 4 or 5 stars, and buffet were perfect on top as well.
About the final result, it has been a fantastic week for us because our CEO Thomas get 3 stages win and the overall classification !
We'll come back next year for sure with a complete support package, adding a few days before and after the Ride Across Portugal. You can already book a spot for 2018 by sending us an email.
