A wild ride, in the Hautes Fagnes.
Take a break, just for a weekend and come explore the Hautes Fagnes, far East in Belgium and come challenge yourself during over 300 kilometers of pure gravel. We’ve prepare one prologue on Friday, and 2 long stages on Saturday and Sunday, featuring all our favourite gravel spots of the Ardenne and Hautes Fagnes, and added timed sectors to spice things up !
Based in Malmedy, we’ll welcome you at a 4 stars hotel, where you’ll find all the comfort you need after some rough rides. Breakfasts and dinner are included, along side feed zone during all stages.
It's also worth mentioning that a free beers from Les Graillons will be offered at each stage finish, and a free espresso at Le Coffee Ride on Saturday's stage.
Even during this though period, we make sure to respect all Covid restrictions. We would ask all participants to provide a negative Covid test, and to ride in group of maximum 4 riders during each stages. By acting so, we’ll minimise all risks, and make this event looking like the end of the tunnel !

Our team will meet you in Malmedy, at the brand new 4 Stars hotel, MY Hotel.
The check-in of your room will be already done, and all you have to do is prepare yourself for the prologue of the Eiffel Gravel Tour.
The route of the event will only be provided the week before the event. Timed sections will be live only the very first day of the event.
Beer at the finish : a fresh & spicy Blonde Gustus.

On this Saturday morning, after a great breakfast, you’ll start your 140 kilometers journey at a starting time that has been given you.
Several feed stations will be at your disposal along the ride where you will be able to refuel yourself.
Beer at the finish : the Canadian inspired Barry.

On this Sunday morning, after a great breakfast, you’ll start your 140 kilometers journey at a starting time that has been given you.
Several feed stations will be at your disposal along the ride where you will be able to refuel yourself.
Beer at the finish : the strong Triple Moose.

General rules of the events

A negative Covid test is required to enter the event. The test has to done 72h before the first day of the tour.

Maximum group of 4 riders riding together is allowed on each stages.

Each group of 4 riders will receive a specific starting time for each stages that they would have to respect to help us respect Covid restrictions.

A GPS computer is required to enter the event. First for the navigation through the stages, and secondly to time your performance on timed sectors.

You’ll have to upload your ride to Strava to enter the challenge with the other riders.

The Event is not a race. It is a cycling challenge in which each Participant cycles at his own pace. However, the Organisation may define in each Stage, for safety reasons or for any other reason related to the Event’s dynamics, stopping, starting and passing times at previously defined points of the course, communicated to the Participants in advance. In some segments of each Stage, previously defined and communicated, the Organisation may also time the Participants, for a purpose of Event control.

The Event will take place on OPEN ROADS WITH TRAFFIC. All Participants must strictly comply with traffic rules contained in the Belgian and German Road Code, with special attention:

The requirement to keep on the right side of the road, safeguarding the safe circulation of other vehicles is in the opposite direction and in the same way as the Participants in the Event.

To respect the priority rules on crossing roads.

To respect all vertical and horizontal traffic signals.
Who does not respect these rules will be disqualified from the Stage (given as not having completed the Stage), and will be excluded from the Event in case of recurrence in this type of infractions.
When registering, each Participant assumes that read and accepts the rules of this document, and declares to know and assume the risks of participating in a cycling Event carried out on open roads with traffic
