With the recent signed partnership with UCI Team INEOS, Bioracer has stepped up their game and have proven to be once again the leading clothing brand in performance cycling kit. For the 5th year now, we've teamed up with the Belgian company to create an innovent and stylish kit with all the technology available to Team INEOS.
JERSEY SS EPIC
This jersey is their most advanced summer jersey to date.
During development, 2 criteria had to be reached. It had to be as fast as their Race Proven Aero jersey, and it had to be as breathable as possible.
The result is the Race Proven Epic Jersey.
Front and back panels are made of Speedsilk, a heat treated, silky type of Lycra engineered for aerodynamic efficiency. Side panels and armpit panels are made of Airmesh, a very breathable and lightweight type of fabric specifically developed to keep body temperature stable. The seamless raglan sleeves add to the aerodynamics of this jersey.
The fit of this jersey is improved by inserting a wide elastic powerband in the front. This band combined with the tailored back panel keeps the jersey perfectly into place when riding in an aerodynamic position. The YKK zipper with zipper garage improves ease of use.
In the back we’ve placed 3 easily reachable back pockets, and an extra water resistant zip pocket to store your valuables.

BIBSHORT EPIC SIRIO
During the past 2 years, they conducted an in-depth study into the improvement of the most critical part of a cycling outfit: the bib shorts.
In this study, we examined the construction of a wide range of bib shorts, with a strong focus on the improvement of comfort, performance and looks.
The basic premise used in this study was a number of problems.
Carbon bicycles, wheels, seats and shoes keep getting lighter and stiffer; the human body, however, remains soft and therefore has to tolerate a lot of blows. How can we better support the body?
The leg grippers, which press on the skin, often make cyclists (including trained athletes) look like they have gained a few kilos. How can we improve the fit and the look?
The result: the Epic Bibshort.
The sculpted form provides extra support in a riding position. The fabric in the leg panels features integrated leg grippers and offers graduated muscle support by varying the tightness.
The Vapor pad is part of their newest generation of pads, and it’s a big step forward in terms of breathability and damping. Main research question during development was: how can we improve the damping needed to cope with the stiffness of carbon bikes without adding more material to the pad?
The result: Vapor Technology.
The pad materials consist of a friction reducing, breathable top layer. 2 middle layers provide breathability and moisture transport. The main layer is where the magic happens. We use Evapore, which is a 3D webbing with better damping qualities. When put under stress, Evapore changes into a rubberized state, so even when it’s compressed to the maximum, it still provides damping. Moreover, this material is hydrophobic, meaning it transports perspiration. The pad remains dry at all times.
