1
The Altitude Training Team will welcome you on the American continent in San Francisco airport. After the transfer to the hotel, our mechanic will be on hand to help you building up your bike.
Depending of the timing between transfer and flight, we would go on a small ride to check if everything is alright on your bike.

2
San Francisco - Santa Cruz
After leaving the northern sea side of San Francisco, we'll make a small loop at Lombard Street, the famous Zig Zag street. It will take us 25 km to leave SF and catch the key point of our trip, the Road 1. We'll leave it at Half Moon Bay for a small loop in the San Diego mountains. Back on the Pacific Highway, we won't leave until our destination in Santa Cruz.

Santa Cruz - Monterey
After a good breakfast with the sound of the oceans in the ears, we'll leave the surfer city of Santa Cruz and will heading to Watsonville and Hollister Hills. Small break at Laguna Seca Raceway before we take the direction of our hotel.

Monterey - Ragged Point
Today is a 120 km ride and we won't leave the Pacific Highway. Over Bixby Bridge, through Big Sur village and to Ragged Point.

Ragged Point - Santa Maria
Once again, we won't leave the Road 1 excepted for a small coffee stop in Avila Beach.

Santa Maria - Santa Barbara
This is the final stage. We'll take the direction of Lake Cachuma and take some altitude to have a stunning view of Los Angeles. A nice and flowing descent will set our last kilometers of this trip that will end on Santa Barbara beach.

It has been a magnificent week and without doubts, a week that you never forget. Our mechanic will give you a hand on packing your bike and we'll drive you back to Los Angeles airport.
If you're lucky enough to stay with us for the next part of the trip, we'll go on a small ride before taking some cocktails in the Californian sun.
