HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPING COST AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?

All orders within EU are shipped with GLS standard courier service or Express delivery service. On Orders received outside EU ( Switzerland, Norway, U.S., Asia etc.) we can ship only with Express delivery service.

Belgium: GLS / 1-2 business days 5 EUR
France, Netherlands, Luxembourg & Germany: GLS / 2-3 business days 7 EUR
Rest of the EU: GLS / 3-4 business days, (UK & Ireland 4-5 business days) 10 EUR

 

EXPRESS DELIVERY EU: 

 

FedEx/TNT, 1-2 business days 30 EUR

Switzerland/Norway: FedEx/TNT, 2-3 business days 15 EUR

Rest of the world:

 

FedEx/TNT approximately 4-5 business days 20 EUR

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES OR TAXES ON AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

Yes, if you are shopping from outside EU you may have to. Customs fees and duties are not included in the prices of our products or the shipping fees. Customs may be assessed when you receive your package, and you are responsible for paying them. Unfortunately we can’t give you an estimate as the fees vary for every country, order, and shipper. Please note that the customs fees and duties aren’t refundable.​
